Интересен младежки обмен “I have a Dream” Pervolia, Larnaka, Cyprus 17 – 25.03.2022
Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ като изпращаща организация предлага интересен младежки обмен “I have a Dream” Pervolia, Larnaka, Cyprus, финансиран по програма Еразъм+.
Младежкият обмен ще бъде през периода 17 – 25.03.2022 и ще пътуват от България 7 участници (6 участника на възраст 16-30г.+ 1 ръководител на възраст над 18 години- няма горна граница на възрастта.)

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT:
The main goal of this Youth Exchange is to connect the European Youngsters through several outdoor activities and other non-formal activities, promoting the tolerance between people from different places of Europe and face discrimination.
Through different Non Formal education, the participants will be more prepared when it comes to talk about stereotype, prejudice and tolerance, with youngsters and adults. The project will help them to understand more about the effects and the different ways of discrimination, in order to increase knowledge, skills and attitude of the youth . They will explore the diversities between their cultures in order to embrace them and appreciate more their own and the others.
The learning process of the project will include practice of non-formal education methods that can help young people speak up against discrimination.
The youngsters will explore the diversity trough sports, in multinational activities, teaching each other small cultural secrets, and highlighting their similarities. Τhe activities will be related to the Diversity and also to creative groups dynamics, multinational groups, teambuilding games, informal debates related to the cultural diversity,outdoor activities in interaction with the local community etc
Specific objectives of the project
Gain more knowledge about the different types of discrimination, the negative effects of discrimination. What are stereotypes and prejudices and how to avoid them.
Development of skills in using non-formal methods for different groups, communicating with reference to sensitive topics in a more effective way, increasing working skills with young people and skills of youth leaders.
• To promote healthy lifestyle and Sports as a social inclusion tool for combating marginalization, xenophobia, negative stereotypes (in local, national and European society).
• To develop new methods of youth inclusion
This project will have an important contribution to the European Union Youth Strategy. The youth exchange will provide a highlight for exchange young people as they discover a new culture, meet interesting people, and participate in the sport they love. Through this project, we hope to contribute to a more active Erasmus+ experience and to improving the mental health of young Europeans.The project objectives also correspond with the main priorities of the ‘ERASMUS+ : Promoting Diversity and tolerance.

По проекта се поемат следните разходи:
-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 275 евро.
По проекта има следните такси участие:
- такса към изпращащата организация- 40 евро на участник.
- такса към посрещащата организация, която ще се приспадне при възстановяване на транспортните разходи на участника- 20 евро
ВАЖНО: Гаранция за участие в проекта е предварителна селекция на участника от изпращащата организация и внесена административна такса за участие в размер на 40 евро към изпращащата организация!
