Тренинг курсът ще бъде през периода 22-27.09.2020 и ще пътуват от България 2 участници на възраст между 18-40 години.

In Europe, inequalities persist among young immigrants, who are often discriminated against and stereotyped negatively by the media.
The international meeting in Barcelona “Art as an inclusion bridge” aims to convey a posi-tive and rewarding image of young people from minorities and immigrants by highlighting how youth projects can give young people the means to see cultural diversity as an asset and migration as an opportunity.
The main objective of this training is to develop the skills of European organizations and in-formal groups by facilitating the processes of preventing discrimination, intercultural dialogue and social cohesion.
General objectives:
• Share perspectives on migratory phenomena according to the different European contexts and the various ways of valuing them as an opportunity for development within diversity.
• Develop the quality and variety of art-based tools and methodologies in the field of intercul-tural dialogue, anti-discrimination, inclusion of migrants and peace building processes, en-courage organizations of youth and informal groups to create and use them.
• Create a network of organizations which will cooperate over the long term and become a resource for other organizations across Europe.
This project will take place in Barcelona from 22 to 27 SEPTEMBER 2020 with the partici-pation of 20 youth workers from 8 organizations from the program countries.
The international meeting was conceived as a market of tools and open workshops led by ex-perts, trainers and youth workers experienced in migration, intercultural dialogue, discrimina-tion, racism, capable of using art as a process of facilitation.
The main outcome of this training will be represented by an online toolbox with clear descrip-tions which will provide more information on how to use the shared tools and methodologies.
Partners will be asked to use the toolbox where they deem it most necessary (schools, migrant centers, universities, municipalities, etc.) and to organize at least one workshop or other types of local actions with young migrants in their communities.
The cooperation of partner organizations will be requested to translate the toolkit into several languages, in order to be more accessible at local level.
The project will also contribute to the development of the skills necessary for participants to plan, implement, support and analyze local actions for young people from minorities.
The project will create the possibility for participants to:
● learn tools and methods using art to engage in quality work with the migrant public,
● share their personal experience in order to find similarities and differences in the approach-es that will allow participants to learn from exchanges of experience,
● establish cooperation for future Erasmus + projects likely to support the creation of innova-tive educational tools in relation to the target audience of migrants, and primarily young peo-ple.
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
The participants will be over 18 years old and come from partner associations.
Thanks to the application procedure, we will have the choice of participants. We can therefore compose the teams of the partner countries, or at least balance the whole of the participants to achieve the mix within the team of our project.
The problem of using the artistic tool to create areas for exchange and training is innovative and we want to work on this orientation. From the selection of partners, they did the same for their participants. And we want a plural team, which respects the gender aspect and the diver-sity of cultural approaches as means of social integration. In this project we target youth workers who work with people from migrant backgrounds and / or asylum seekers and refugees.
In order to maximize the possibility for participants to apply and to have the widest choice of applications, we will distribute the call through our partner organizations, the web networks of the participating countries and via Spanish partners with an international dimension.
The selection of participants will be done using an application file which will give us infor-mation on a few key points, in particular: their interest in the theme of the training, their will-ingness to get involved in the preparation of the training , during and after.

Working language
The working languages of the project will be Spanish and English. A translator and interpreter will be available during the entire duration of the project.
Participation in the training course and the workshops
All the participants are expected to participate fully in all activities, unless you are ill. Unau-thorized absence from activities and workshops is not permitted.
The workshops are done and run, so that all the participants will be able to share their point of view. We expect you to be very participative and involved in the Training Course – TC and with the subject.
If less than 80% of the program is attended, it will not be possible to be reimbursed for the international travel costs.
The workshops are done by groups, depending on theme of the workshop, the groups can be mixed or not.
We film and photograph all the activities and workshops. These images are for the own use of Asociacion Juventud para Cultura y Minorias – JUCUM If you have any problem with it, don’t hesitate to tell us, and we will manage to not film or photograph you.

Route map from Barcelona Airport to Tarrassa Park Hotel in Tarrassa:
From Barcelona Prat airport terminal 1: go to the bus stop 3 minutes walk and take the E22 bus towards Tarrassa and get off at the SANTA EULALIA stop and the Tarrassa Park HOTEL will be 210m and 3mn walk.

OTHER INFORMATIONS
Early arrivals (1 or 2 days before the start of the project) are no longer allowed in order to put everyone at ease following COVID-19. You can manage your visits after the project, and the costs will be at your expense.
So all participants should be at this location of the project on the first day of the morning and left it on the last day of the day.

-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 275 евро.
Има административна такса участие към изпращащата организация, която е по 60 евро на участник.
