Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ като изпращаща организация предлага тренинг курс ” New Perspectives on Employability ” в Поатие, Франция, финансиран по програма Еразъм+.
Тренинг курсът ще бъде през периода 17-24 септември 2018 и ще пътуват от България 3 участници на възраст над 18 години.
Инфо за проекта:
The New Perspectives on Employability project is a hands-on training for young leaders and working youth workers who want to learn, develop their skills and increase their chances in the job market.
This training explores the theme of employability with the objectives of strengthening and expanding the capacity of youth workers to support young people, their entrepreneurship and their employability.
The training will develop the skills needed to support young people and their entrepreneurship. Participants will have the opportunity to discover the work on a project and also supported by the supervision of the methods. Participants will also have a coaching practice to help others.
We will work on all the important skills related to employability through practical exercises. And we will discover all this in the meeting with the local community and local businesses.
The Specific Objectives are:
- Develop participants’ skills to create support tools for neighborhood youth employment
- Promote job coaching
- Develop young people’s confidence in their potential
- Promote the employability of young people from so-called sensitive neighborhoods.
- Strengthen social cohesion and equal opportunities for young people’s access to the labor market.
- To familiarize the participants with the values and missions of Erasmusplus Program opportunities
REFUNDING :
We will refund you based on actual costs incurred and on presentation:
– invoice of the plane ticket
– Boarding Pass with the clear mention of the passenger
– All other transportation-related bills
All refunding procedures will be done after the training project and directly to your sending association, which is the official partner of the project. No possibility of individual refund (thank you for your understanding).
По проекта се поемат следните разходи:
-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 275 евро.
Има административна такса участие, която е по 60 евро на участник.
