Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ като изпращаща организация предлага изключително интересен младежки обмен-“Participate and Decide, young people struggling” в Канарски острови /Гран Канария/,, Испания, финансиран по програма Еразъм+.
Младежкият обмен ще бъде през периода 13-22.11.2019 и ще пътуват от Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ 5 младежи от 17 до 29 годишна възраст.

Description:
“Participate and Decide – young people struggling” is a scenario that that integrates youth. A total of 45 young Europeans between the ages of 17 and 29, from (Participating Countries) countries, will form discussion groups to build a dialogue with political decision-makers, with the aim of understanding what goes on behind political decision-making. They will then draw up Youth Social Entrepreneurship projects around exercises in active citizenship which enables them to participate and contribute to the design and execution of public youth policies with a European perspective. They will become youth groups that are committed to getting involved, participating, and changing things around them for the benefit of Europe as a whole.
To fulfil our final project goal, we will follow the steps required to prepare a European Directive developed by young people .
We will work in groups and speak to political decision-makers on one hand, whilst we will study mechanisms to prepare a European directive, on the other. We will ask questions, debate and above all, we will create a multinational youth working group who have different concerns but with one final objective.
Along this route, we will break our project down into parts and phases. Each one has its start point and participatory objective, as well as learning about how the European institutions work, and the roles of those responsible for decision-making within these institutions.
The European initiative
The proposed initiative is the development of a EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE FOR YOUTH ACTION, to be debated in a plenary session. Its mission will be to offer youth the appropriate tools for their present and future, encouraging active participation through actions that meet their needs, and the coordination of efforts towards fostering their inclusion in the policies and actions developed.
По проекта се поемат следните разходи:
-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 530 евро.
Има административна такса участие, която е по 60 евро на участник.
/Таксата се използва за администриране дейността на фондацията по подготовка, реализиране и последващи дейности по проекта, както и за изпълнение на всички задължения на изпращащата организация, съобразно ръководството на програмата „Еразъм +“. Част от таксата ще бъде дарена и за развитие на МЛАДЕЖКА МЕДИЙНА ГРУПА и радио “СТАРТ”. /
