Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ като изпращаща организация предлага младежки обмен „ THERE IS MORE POWER IN UNITY THAN IN DIVERSITY “, POGGIARDO, Италия , финансиран по програма Еразъм+.
Младежкият обмен ще бъде през периода 06-13.11. 2019 с включени дати за пътуване и ще пътуват от България 6 младежи на възраст 18 -25 години + 1 до 30 години.

An important goal of the project is to demolish negative prejudices and stereotypes about the EU: the participants involved and institutions will understand that Europe is theirs, with their ideas and their willingness to change everything they do not approve of, becoming protagonists and promoters of integration and dialogue between peoples. Through group work, participants will develop skills and make their skills available to others within a coordinated group work: this authentic exchange, which will involve citizens of different nationalities, will be transformed into a workshop for intercultural dialogue and exchange , which will produce different fruits from the point of view of job opportunities.
The project through the diffusion of paper material and the use of the web, will aim at the maximum diffusion on local, national and European media. The distinctive logo of our initiative, objectives and results will be disseminated through journalistic communication and articles that will become “viral”, on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube and a whole series of official media. Through the use of one of the most read sites of Salento, Corrieresalentino.it, we will convey videos, specials, insights and editorials on the activities carried out. The association will contact all local, national and international opinion leaders of traditional press, new network media, radio and TV, who have collaborated or participated in past projects, and will involve them in the promotion of the event. This is a project that aims to renew, in the long term, the trust in the European Union and in the integration processes, in all the local citizens and in the institutional and non public and private subjects that will be involved. The project aims to overcome stereotypes, prejudices and passive attitudes that prevent the south from becoming integrated and being the protagonist of a Europe of peoples and of dialogue. Citizens and institutions, through these activities, can become active citizens, protagonists of a new course and an inclusive and tolerant community. Ideas, projects, sharing, participation and work, side by side, in collaboration with citizens of other nationalities will make the local community take a further step towards inclusion and respect for the other.
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES ARE:
Informing and raising awareness of young migration and reception policy issues from the understanding of the theoretical framework for migration flows and new migration to Europe and its global effects;
Exchange of experiences and good practices in the field of youth and active citizenship linked to migratory phenomena and techniques used to facilitate the social inclusion of young political refugees;
Prepare the young people to face the challenges and opportunities arising from the phenomenon of migration;
Raise the competence of young people by providing a clear view of the causes and effects of the migration phenomenon and thus preventing adverse effects such as the presence of stereotypes that become prejudices and therefore a collective tendency to discrimination;
Promote European cooperation among youth organizations, promote youth mobility and support young people’s engagement with immigrants in the activities of participating organizations;
Develop new initiatives in the field of migration and youth mobility within the Erasmus+ program;
Provide peer-learning opportunities for participants;
Enhance the participants’ ability to go to their communities and make a difference in one’s life and that of others;
Eventually participants will be aware of different migration schemes in Europe and will know how to address the challenges of migration and how to use the opportunities created by migration. The exchange intends to meet the needs of the participants related to their personal and professional growth, which will produce effects in the associative environments of origin.
Needs are linked to the need to provide them with tools and methods, using the non-formal method, for:
design and implement projects related to migration and mobility;
involve young migrants in their activities;
promote mobility among young people.
ACCOMMODATION
You will be accommodated in mixed rooms by nations but not by sex! You will be 6 in the room, each room being spacious and with a private bathroom. There is no possibility to stay in double room. Here are some picture which is located 10 minutes from the office where the activities will take place.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ROOMS! YOU CAN DO IT AFTER
THAT EVERYONE ARRIVE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL THE PARTECIPATS.
FOOD
Every morning we will have a light breakfast consisting of cornflakes, bread and jam, or biscuits with tea or coffee. Italians do not eat a lot for breakfast, so if you are used to eat hearty breakfast, we can show you where to shop or you can visit the bakery just around the corner, but we are sure you will adapt fast and enjoy this change! Lunch and dinner will be cooked by an Italian lady, usually featuring a dish of “cucina povera” a typical meal made of pasta and legume or vegetable. Simple but tasty!
INTERNATIONAL NIGHT
The day before your departure (or as agreed) you will present your food and some aspect of your culture. Please bring some leaflets/brochures of your country, touristic materials, typical music to play and dance to teach, souvenirs and food& snack so that these can be displayed during the international night.
WHAT TO PREPARE- IMPORTANT!
Presentation of your organization
Presentation (POWER POINT or PREZI) about the meaning of EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP. The presentation should be 20-minute minimum.
Every morning the warm up will be done by different nation, so please prepare a warm up session/ice-breaker game (5-15 min) – Prepare one team building game
Every country should realize one activity, according to the topic you can choose the activity, the only important thing is TO BE NO FORMAL

По проекта се поемат следните разходи:
-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 180 евро.
ВАЖНО: Билетите на участниците се купуват от посрещащата органинизация на следните дати и часове и участника няма да има този разход:
