Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ като изпращаща организация предлага Младежки обмен„TRY – TIME TO REINVENT YOURSELF“, POGGIARDO, Италия , финансиран по програма Еразъм+.
Младежкият обмен ще бъде през периода 31/03/2022 – 07/04/2022 с включени дати за пътуване и ще пътуват от България 4 младежи на възраст 17 -26 години + 1 над 18г. без горна граница на възрастта (с валиден зелен сертификат).

„TRY – TIME TO REINVENT YOURSELF”
The “TRY – TIME TO REINVENT YOURSELF” project was created to share creative and entrepreneurial experiences with young people from other nationalities, to confront and exchange good practices. It, therefore, started with a participatory request which obviously made it necessary that the idea and the design were also involved in all its
moments.
The place of construction will be Salento, in the municipalities between Muro Leccese, Sanarica, and Poggiardo, during the period of April 2022.
The concept of creativity that will be conveyed during the project is not that of pure artistic creation, but we will try to improve the most important creative skills in the world of work and business in the participants, such as the ability to produce mental, conceptual and dynamic maps. and “Map of the solution”; the fundamental concepts
of “design thinking” will be illustrated to the participants.
A part of the project will then aim to provide participants with the leadership skills that help them realize they’re innovative ideas and take responsibility and risks, the ability to coordinate a team and to entrust tasks, and the skills to see them all necessary.
We will also provide the basic notions on how to build a close-knit team of people and how to derive all possible benefit while always respecting the peculiar characteristics of each team member.

По проекта се поемат следните разходи:
-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 275 евро.
ВАЖНО: Билетите на участниците ще се закупят от посрещащата организация и участника няма да има този разход!
Има такса към изпращащата организация- 50 евро на участник.
