Информация за проекта:
WHY?
We believe empowering young people begins with boosting their inner power. Research and our own observations show that many young people struggle with low self-esteem, which stops them from fulfilling their dreams and doing well in life.
This project aims to improve youth work by providing practical tools and new approaches to help youth workers and educators foster healthy self-esteem and resilience in the young people they work with.
AIM
After the training course in Surami, Georgia (October 5-13, 2025) we are meeting in Sępólno Krajeńskie, Poland. The seminar “Boost of Power: AStep Ahead” continues the journey started in Georgia, focusing on:
- deepening the understanding of healthy self-esteem,
- exploring resilience in practice,
- reflecting on personal and professional experiences after Activity A1,
- sharing results of local follow-up activities from 7 countries,
- strengthening youth workers’ capacity to support young people,
- building long-term cooperation for future youth projects;
- creating new ESC and Erasmus + projects ideas.
CONTENT
The booster seminar in Poland aims to bring participants, that took part in the
training in Georgia BUT ASLO newcomers, one step further by deepening their
understanding of how to foster healthy self-esteem and resilience among young
people. Its objectives are to create a space for youth workers to share their
experiences from the follow-up activities, discuss challenges and successes in
applying “self-esteem boosting” approaches, and explore new tools and
strategies. The seminar will also focus on strengthening cooperation among
partners, testing additional educational methods, evaluating the overall impact of
the project so far, and developing concrete ideas for future Erasmus+/ESC
initiatives that continue promoting youth empowerment and active participation.
