Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ като изпращаща организация предлага Тренинг курс “Critical thinking and self development in the frame of the youth work” в Левкада, Гърция, финансиран по програма Еразъм+.
Младежкият обмен ще бъде през периода 04-13.09 2025 с включени дни за пътуване и ще пътува от България 1 мотивирани младеж на възраст 18+.

Background and Rationale
In today’s rapidly evolving world, young people face an overwhelming influx of information, media influence, and socio-political challenges. The ability to think critically is essential for navigating these complexities, making informed decisions, and actively engaging in democratic societies. However, despite the recognized importance of critical thinking, many youth workers and educators lack the tools and methodologies to effectively foster these skills in young people.
The rise of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly generative AI, presents both opportunities and risks in the realm of critical thinking. While AI tools can enhance creativity and access to information, they also contribute to the decline of independent thought by enabling passive consumption of generated content. Young people increasingly rely on AI-generated information without questioning its validity, leading to a diminished ability to critically assess sources, recognize biases, and engage in complex problem-solving.
This training program is designed to equip youth workers and educators with practical techniques to promote critical thinking in their work with young people. By enhancing their competencies, participants will be better prepared to support youth in analyzing information, questioning assumptions, and making reasoned judgments.
Objectives
1. To deepen participants’ understanding of the importance of critical thinking in youth
development.
2. To explore contemporary challenges affecting young people’s ability to think critically,
including misinformation, digital influence, AI-generated content, and socio-political biases.
3. To introduce a variety of techniques and methodologies for fostering critical thinking in formal and non-formal education settings.
4. To provide a platform for exchange and collaboration among European youth workers and educators.
5. To encourage the practical application of critical thinking tools in participants’ local
communities and organizations.

По проекта се поемат следните разходи:
-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 275 евро.
Има следните такси от участниците:
- Към посрещащата организация- 50 евро;
- Към изпращащата организация- 60 евро.
