Фондация „Звезден старт на таланти“ като изпращаща организация предлага тренинг курс ” Tools for European Solidarity Corps” в Бургос, Испания, финансиран по програма Еразъм+.
Тренинг курсът ще бъде през периода 7-11 април 2019 и ще пътуват от България 2 участници на възраст над 18 години.

SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
In cooperation with 9 partners from EU Programme Countries, the Spanish organization Amycos aims to realize a training course to strengthen the partnership among NGO’s operating in the European Solidarity Corps (ESC).
This project wants to offer an opportunity to team members of youth organization active in volunteering project to meet, to share their best practices, methods and values on EVS and others program adapt them at the new program ESC identifying the new opportunities.
As a result cooperation between youth NGO’s is aimed to plan and implement more inclusive volunteering project designed on the target group and needs of youngster and reinforcing the trust and the communication among partners.
By using a set of non-formal educational methods such as group work, role plays, exercises and trainee-led workshops, the participants are expected to improve also their soft skills in intercultural team work and communication and it will provide space to the participants share their experiences in youth field, and facilitate an open exchange of competencies among them.
Additionally, around 5 follow-up projects shall be planned during the project. These follow-up projects should be international projects in the frame of the ESC or Erasmus+ addressing community needs and tackling young issues.
Moreover, partnerships between the project partners will be established for an exchange of educational resources such as manuals, handbooks and guidebooks, exchange of educational personnel and sharing of project documentations.
EXPECTED RESULTS
- Establish and reinforce long lasting partnership;
- Create full trust among the participants and allow them to establish personal and professional connections;
- Define application to be presented at the next deadlines of the 2019;
- Improve the quality in volunteering project and defining some working quality criteria: exchange best practices, reflect about problem solving;
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
This project is addressed to 21 NGO’s responsible coming from 10 different countries, directly involved in volunteering in their function as project coordinators or tutor on the supporting and hosting side and interested at the new opportunities of the ESC program.
In order to ensure concrete partnership, optimize the working days of the responsible of all the NGO’s involved, being able to gain high benefit both for the April/October deadline and in a long term perspective, we believe that an accurate selection of the participants play an essential role.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to do a pre-selection of the participants directly involved in volunteering respecting the deadline. After the deadline we will inform if they are selected according to their profile.
SEMINAR PLACE
The training course is located in a social centre in the city named FORO SOLIDARIO CAJA DE BURGOS. The course is starting on Monday 08/04/2019 – at 10 am. Address: Street Manuel de la Cuesta, 3 (C/ Anna Huntington, 3) – Burgos

ACCOMMODATION:
The lodging will be held in Hostel Burgos, right out the Bus Station. In the hostel, two-three participants of the same sex and different nationalities (if we don’t have any other specific indications) will share one room. The hostel provides bed linen but NO towels and others personal care products. There are toilets and bathrooms in the rooms. There is a deposit for a key room. The breakfast for the four days will be served in the Hostel.

По проекта се поемат следните разходи:
-100 % от настаняване и храна;
-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 360 евро.
Има административна такса участие, която е по 50 евро на участник.
/Таксата се използва за администриране дейността на фондацията по подготовка, реализиране и последващи дейности по проекта, както и за изпълнение на всички задължения на изпращащата организация, съобразно ръководството на програмата „Еразъм +“. Част от таксата ще бъде дарена и за развитие на МЛАДЕЖКА МЕДИЙНА ГРУПА. /
